Open from January 15th to November 15th, by prior appointment only.
In season, please consult times for individual tours. Morning tours possible.
Out of season there is no fixed timetable.
The tour
The tour starts with an introduction to French defensive systems before and after their defeat by the Prussians in 1870. After this you go round the site itself: architecture, defence systems/weapons, daily life of the soldiers, etc.
Prices
(25 people minimum)
Adults (4 €), 10-18 year olds (2.5 €), children under 10 (no charge)
Extras
- Night-time tours
- Lunch and dinner provided by professional caterers (cold buffet or tray meals)
- Breakfast for early morning tours (coffee, tea, Viennese pastries …)
